**About You**:
**About the Opportunity**:
Reporting directly to our Finance Director, the Accounting Supervisor will oversee the accounting team, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all financial transactions. This role requires multitasking abilities to meet month-end deadlines and manage various accounting functions, including invoicing, journal entries, reconciliations, forecasting, and cash flow management. Your attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills will be invaluable as you implement internal controls and streamline processes. Drawing on your international accounting experience, you'll collaborate with the team on performance analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and report preparation for senior management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across all functions.
- Perform monthly close procedures and account reconciliations, proposing and posting adjustments as needed.
- Oversee accounts payable and expense reimbursement processes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, developing and maintaining internal controls.
- Lead efforts to reconcile tour costs and ensure accuracy in performance analysis.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Coordinate tax filings and external audits, maintaining up-to-date documentation.
- Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Manage workload effectively to meet deadlines and department goals.
- Collaborate with other departments on continuous improvement projects.
- Serve as a point of contact for finance/accounting-related queries.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.

**Requirements and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
- Minimum 5 years of finance experience in an international organization.
- Master's or professional accounting qualification preferred.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and track record of financial statement accuracy.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.
- Fluency in English, bilingual capabilities a plus (Spanish, French, Italian).

Pay: 47,000.00€ - 52,000.00€ per year
