**Your Responsibilities**
- Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality, from order placement to invoicing
- Contact person and advisor for the entire team, preparing specifications and proposing solutions
- Preparation of reports and evaluations, responsibility for timely, regular project controlling
- Analysis of monthly controlling reports of all ongoing and planned projects as well as initialisation of appropriate measures in case of deviations
- Willingness to take on (partial) projects independently
- Ensuring that existing project standards and tools are applied and supporting their further development
- Responsibility for the preparation of documents for status meetings, project/programme steering meetings, management reports, as well as internal communication (e.g. intranet, newsletter)
**Your profile**:
- A successfully completed university degree or completed vocational training with a focus on project management in the commercial or technical field
- Track record of professional experience in project management and excellent knowledge of project management methods (e.g.: PRINCE2, IPMA, PMI, SCRUM)
- Good knowledge of project management tools such as MS Project, Jira or MS Office Suite
- Strong communication and team-oriented organisational skills
- Experience with how financial resources for projects are estimated, budgeted and reported and experience in coaching team members
- Good analytical thinking and abstracting skills as well as problem solving skills
- Very good command of written and spoken English
