**Store management**

1) Ensure that the stores are effectively managed and appropriately staffed at all times

2) Motivate your team and establish an effective channel of communication includes conducting daily briefing with all staff with updated store information and management message.

3) Ensure that all fire escapes are kept free of any obstructions at any time and all fire safety & first aid equipment is present and functional

4) Accurately account for wastage, breakages and all other non‐sales related consumption and Carry-out accurate

5) Ensure accuracy & security of the premises, stock and cash

6) Analysis of the data store, and can find root knot problem through statement analysis data,take reasonable action

7) Convene training & staff meeting per month, keep company with store information clear and unified standards.

1) Be a role model, breathe and communicate the company’s values - lead by example at all times.

2) Ensure that all staffs have clear objectives and that performance is reviewed regularly

3) Teamwork - you need to work as a team sharing resources, ideas, insights and information - you need to compete cooperatively

4) Keep all staff adequately trained in all aspects of workplace safety and trained for the job to which they are assigned

5) To recruit, train, coach and develop the team to ensure that they deliver brand standards and a Wow customer experience

6) Ensure effective planning & time management delivering ,and coach your team to be more efficient and more effective

1) Deliver ARABICA moment of truth and delicious coffee quality at all times and to all customers

2) Create an attractive store atmosphere and maintain ARABICA standards of cleanliness and food safety

3) Maintain high pre-set standards of quality, presentation, freshness and taste of all product

4) Establish relationships with key customers, anchor the store within the local community

5) Handle customer complaints in a constructive way - learn from our mistakes

**Business**

1) Do understand standard and budget of the Local Store Management product, motivate and encourage the team achieve or exceed the budget

2) According to the characteristics of the store business circle, develop action plan promote the store performance

3) Understand the key components of your P&L and control the controllable costs to increased profit performance

4) Maintain profitability through either increased sales & reduced costs whilst maintaining standards of quality & safety

Job requirements
- Passionate about ARABICA
- Overall management experience
- Strong business sense
- Service-driven
- Must be a at least 1 year as store manager in the coffee industry
- Good Communication skills - verbal and written
- Good organization & tracking skills
- Ability to lead a team through motivation and engagement
- Skilled in coffee making and latte art
