- Ensures BENTELER IT Security, Policies & Guidelines as well as drives standards & processes, monitors compliance and Site Inspection
- Creation and operation of IT components in the IT infrastructure, platform and production sector (incl. operation SFA (Shop Floor Application) and data connection of production plants).
- Implementation of proactive and reactive maintenance activities of the supervised IT systems to ensure ongoing operations
- Leads technical projects on site level/regional level, supports projects on global level
- Active participation/implementation in the incident, problem and change and demand process (incl. software selection).
- Ensuring IT security standards for production IT
- Creation of IT documentation / IT contingency plans and knowledge base articles / support of IT audits.
- Error analysis and resolution in 2nd level support in the responsible IT systems.
- Organization and execution of functional tests.
- Quality assurance of IT platforms and IT infrastructures.
- Cooperation with CoE, SSC, Regional and Local IT as well as active IT contact for the location.
- Main responsibility for the operational implementation of at least 2 CoE roadmaps and basic knowledge in all CoE areas
- Compliance with predetermined processes and methods (incl. CMDB, Asset Mgmt.)
- Participation in the development of technical IT concepts for the transfer of repetitive activities to the SSC
- Coordination of internal and external service providers

**Your Personality**
- University degree in computer science, business informatics or Computer science training
- Additional training/qualification: Professional experience 3-5 years.
