- Our tech hub in Zaragoza is providing the technical solutions to the fast growth adidas digital business. We create the vision, design, build and operate everything related to digital B2C business, or internal solutions, for adidas. From online web and mobile stores, to digital marketing, to internal products used during product creation lifecycle.
Customer is at the core of everything we do. We have the tremendous responsibility of creating the new, building premium experiences for our users. Our IT teams are continuously looking for creativity, perfection, and also satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:Stakeholder management:

-Engages with internal and external stakeholders and ensures a strong collaboration and relationship driving the priorities and roadmaps for the platforms in scope.
-Builds long-term, strategic relationships with senior stakeholders (internal and external).
-Availability management
-Sets policy and develops strategies, plans, and processes for the design, monitoring, measurement, maintenance, reporting and continuous improvement of service and component availability, including the development and implementation of new availability techniques and methods.
-Service level management
-Ensures that a catalogue of available services is created and maintained and that service level agreements are complete and cost effective.
-Reviews service delivery to ensure that agreed targets are met and prepares proposals to meet forecast changes in the level or type of service.
-Emerging technology monitoring
-Plans and leads the identification and assessment of new and emerging technologies and the evaluation of the potential impacts, threats, and opportunities.
-Creates technology roadmaps which align organizational plans with emerging technology solutions.
-Engages with, and influences, relevant stakeholders to obtain organizational commitment to technology roadmaps.
-Develops adoption and rollout programs for selected emerging technologies.
-Systems development management
-Ensures proper quality deliverables for all functional and non-functional requirements
-Promotes the benefits of addressing all security issues during systems development.
-Identifies and manages the resources necessary for all stages (planning, estimation, execution) of systems development projects, ensuring that technical, financial, and quality targets are met.
-Platform integration and build
-Develops strong ties with dependent and supporting systems and platforms, driving a one platform mindset, and optimizing globally
-Leads the development of organizational capabilities for systems integration and build including automation and continuous integration.
-Capacity and cost management
-Leads resource and financial capacity modelling and forecasting over the organization’s planning or budgeting cycle.
-Reviews new business proposals and provides specialist advice on capacity issues.
-Ensures optimal and cost-efficient resource sizing
-Maintains a strong cost control for investments, service or operational costs
-Specialist advice
-Provides organizational leadership and guidelines to promote the development and exploitation of specialist knowledge in the organization.
-Maintains a network of recognized experts (inside and/or outside the organization) who can deliver expert advice in areas relevant to the organization’s current and future needs.
-Provides input into professional development planning across a significant part of the organization to further the development of appropriate expertise.
-People Management / Resource Management:

-Responsible for compensation reviews, recruitment, selection, assessment, on-boarding and transitioning of resources.
-Manages the effective implementation of resource planning, recruitment, selection, assessment, on-boarding and transitioning of resources.
-Ensures compliance with relevant statutory or external regulations and codes of good practice.
-Allocates the different work to the respective employees considering experience, complexity, workload, and organizational efficiency
-Continuously monitors and evaluates team workload and organizational efficiency with the support of IT systems, data and analysis and team feedback and makes appropriate changes to meet business needs.
-Provides team members/direct reports with clear direction and targets that are aligned with business needs and GIT objectives
