**What you will be doing...**

- **Alicante Airport **and reporting to the
- ** Ramp Manager**:

- the
- **Station Control Supervisor** is responsible for
- **monitoring **the safe and
- **efficient turnaround **of all
- **Jet2holidays** flights at the airport.
- You will supervise the
- **Dispatch** and
- **Customer Helper Team**, whilst overseeing the daily work and
- ** flight **allocation and ensuring the completion of
- ** accurate **and
- **timely** post flight reports. You will carry out
- **pre-shift** preparation including confirmation of all
- **pre-flight checks **and the coordination of all turnarounds across the shift.
- This is a varied and fulfilling role with both colleague and operational responsibility. This position involves working on a rostered shift basis and requires
- **flexibility** to
- **support** the operation. You will also play a pivotal role in driving forward our
- **safety first culture**. Through
- **coaching** and
- **developing**, you will help your Team to deliver
- **on time performance**" targets.- **Role Model **behaviours. You will have a strong background in aviation, with an in-depth
- **understanding** of
- **load control **and
- **aircraft weight and balance**. Extensive aircraft
- **dispatch/turnaround **experience is essential for this role, ideally with previous supervisory experience in a similar environment.
