**About the Program**

Dentons Europe is currently recruiting a **Communications Lead** to support the implementation of the Firmwide Finance Transformation (FFT) Program in Europe. This position will report to the Europe Change Management Lead and work closely with our Global and Europe Change Management Team, European Project Management Team as well as with key stakeholders, to ensure successful adoption of the new ways of working and the implementation of a new practice management system of 3E.

FFT program is a truly global program to transform Dentons' finance function into the business partnering function of the future. It will support the business by offering true business insight, efficient and effective processes while maintaining the necessary compliance and controls.

**Role**

The Communications Lead will be responsible for **ongoing planning and effective execution of the overall Program Communication Strategy **and its corresponding activities (include space) according to the project timeline through engagement with the Program’s significant number of stakeholders.

The role will support and deliver other people related activities required to successfully deliver the projects in scope for the European region. It focuses on the activities required to help individual stakeholders to understand, adjust and adopt the new practices, processes, ways of working and tools that are being implemented under the Firmwide Finance Transformation Program.

**Requirements**:
**Key Responsibilities and deliverables**
- Support the Europe Change Lead to deliver the FFT Program communication & engagement strategy and plans
- Responsible for definition and execution of internal FFT Program related communications
- Supporting Program team events and internal communication projects working with the PMO team as necessary
- Working with the Europe Finance Transformation project team and key stakeholders
- Cooperate on activities related with stakeholder’s management such as: identification, segmentation, analysis, engagement and monitoring of the stakeholders at the regional and local level and drive actions to support it through effective communications
- Support on setting up and delivery of Change Network and the New Ways of Working activities
- Focus specifically on understanding, translating and communicating the finance and accounts team specific impacts of the project
- Identify and manage anticipated resistance to change through effective communications
- Understand and communicate how processes will change and the impact that this will have
- Inspire the business users to adopt and see the benefits of the changes that they will be part of
- Understand interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needs
- Support the Change team to regionalize and adapt collateral for, the 'A day in the life of ' business engagement activity, focusing specifically on the finance & accounts teams as the target audience

**About You**
- Experienced in successfully delivering business change
- Business international level of English - both written and oral
- Able to work in a global environment, accommodating different cultures and time zones
- A highly collaborative team player with a can-do attitude
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
- Particularly strong written communication skills
- Ability to understand complex financial & technical processes and translate them into user friendly language
- Be able to thrive when multi-tasking and working under pressure
- Responds to challenges and issues as they arise, taking ownership for delivery
- Ability to build internal and external relationships.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with people for whom English is not the native language.
- Experienced user of MS Office suite, ideally including MS SharePoint & MS Teams

**Essential experience or qualifications**
- Experience in delivering change management activities as a part of business Transformation or a complex project with international background
- Creative communications experience using multi-media formats

**Additional desired qualifications**
- Experience of the legal industry is considered as a plus
- Multinational finance operations or finance transformation programs
- Additional language is a plus
