**Job Title**:Service Project Manager

**Location**:Madrid, Spain (hybrid)

**Intro**

As a Service Project Manager your role will be to make sure service level agreements are delivered according to our customers’ needs and in line with our internal procedures. You will be the key person to coordinate the supply of tools and resources and supervise the projects from start to finish. You will be a part of an international team that works on our Nutrition & Health portfolio. As this role combines project management and service coordination, you will be reporting to the Head of Service Project Management and the Head of Service Operations.

**What you will do**
- Ensures Aftermarket Service order/commitments are completed safely, timely, within budget and focused on enhancing the customer experience.
- Manages the customer relationships with a strong focus on great customer service and organic growth.
- Contributes to the creation of Service Level Agreement proposals.
- Supports the timely resolution of technical issues by being responsible as the single point of contact.
- Manages internal relationships to assure efficient delivery of service and high-quality account plans.
- Identify the service skills and competencies required to support key F&B Aftermarket products and technologies.
- Aligns with EHS to ensure that all Service execution activities are completed in a safe manner and to SPX FLOW standards.
- Meets on regular basis with customers to discuss legal, financial, contractual, and business matters.
- Responsible for coordinating every aspect of the service agreement from reviewing and approving contract terms to coordinating deadlines, approving budgets and more.
- Financial Performance inclusive of cost, revenue, and standard margin.
- Compliance with all relevant SPX policies and procedures, including business ethics, data protection and health & safety.

**What do you need**
- Extensive knowledge and experience working with key services roles.
- Current understanding of best practices regarding services and market expectations.
- Project management skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Good knowledge of an ERP system (SAP preferred).
- Fluent English and Spanish in speaking and writing.
- Ability to travel at +/- 25% of the time.
- Ability to successfully work in a team.
- Contract management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Positive outlook in meeting challenges and working to a high level.
