**F**unciones principales**
- Informar de los diferentes recursos disponibles en el territorio, sobre la situación del mercado laboral, sectores con más oportunidades, derivación al servicio más adecuado, asesoramiento en temas laborales, etc.
- Identificación de necesidades e intereses formativos y profesionales de los participantes a través de sesiones individuales. Diagnóstico de situación y diseño de itinerarios personalizados de intervención.
- Acompañamiento personalizado en todas las fases de su proyecto de búsqueda para asegurar que disponen de las herramientas y recursos necesarios para trabajar en su estrategia: autoanálisis, herramientas de comunicación tanto oral como escrita, investigación de mercado, gestión de contactos y superación de entrevistas.
- Asesoramiento y derivación a recursos formativos que mejoren su empleabilidad.
- Organización de grupos de trabajo e impartición de seminarios y acciones grupales de formación en competencias, herramientas y técnicas de búsqueda de empleo.
- Impartición de talleres grupales de emprendimiento, formando a los participantes interesados en los pasos y trámites necesarios para trabajar por cuenta propia.
- Información sobre mercado de trabajo. Captación de ofertas de empleo e intermediación laboral con empresas.
- Interlocución con entidades y organismos de la zona para generar sinergias e identificar oportunidades para el colectivo.
- Mantener la información actualizada en la herramienta de gestión interna de la Compañía.
- Realización de informes de seguimiento.

Garantizar la calidad en el servicio de orientación.

**Requisitos**
- Licenciatura en Psicología, Pedagogía, Psicopedagogía u otras titulaciones de la rama social y económica, equivalentes.
- Valorable conocimiento de herramientas de coaching y dinamización de equipos.
- Conocimiento y manejo de redes sociales.
- Experiência de, al menos, 5 años en Proyectos de Orientación y/o intermediación laboral.
- Experiência de, al menos, 2 años en Proyectos relacionados con la Administración Pública.
- Conocimiento de la zona y sus recursos, así como del mercado laboral local.
- Imprescindible permiso de conducir y vehículo propio.
- Persona proactiva y dinámica, con capacidad de comunicación y motivación.

Experiência con colectivos de mayores de 45 años, menores de 25 años con baja cualificación, personas migradas, personas desempleadas de larga duración, etc.
