**Discover your new role**

As a Delivery Lead, you will perform the following activities and responsibilities:

- Manage Customers relationship and escalations (2nd point of escalation)
- Day to day direct reports management (PMs, Consultants and BSAs)
- Manage day to day project execution done by external partners
- Guide teams to deliver projects using the appropriate BringIT project management methodology
- Own and drive Portfolio Review Weekly Meeting (Internal)
- Accountable for Project Execution and Results which includes but no limited to: Plan Hours vs Actuals, On time delivery and quality
- Own time tracker weekly review and approval/reject.
- Own Resource to Project Allocation process
- Own resource availability and give visibility to Sales Team about capacity
- Provide performance reviews, training guidance
- Make hiring decisions
- Strong partnership and communication with support towers as well as back-office team
- Strong partnership and communication with external partners
- Provide information for the creation of the invoicing Forecast (Milestones, Monthly dates and T&M)

**Desired Skills & Qualifications**:

- Experience leading 10+ end-to-end NetSuite implementations
- Language skill: English & Spanish, Full professional proficiency
- Prior experience managing a team of 3+ direct reports including 1:1's, performance reviews and other people management activities
- A passion for technology and solving problems, with the ability to work under pressure and uncertainty, along with a passion for solving problems.
- Experience presenting to internal teams and customers.
- The strong negotiation and interpersonal skills needed to be effective in a fast-paced high-energy company.
- Display initiative, self-motivation and deliver high-quality work while at the same time, meeting all deadlines for both internal and external customers.
- Ability to prioritize and use business etiquette to ensure communication and support are set up for internal teams and clients
- Undergraduate degree in relevant field or MBA or equivalent work experience
- Comprehensive understanding web technologies landscape and industry standards
- Experience and knowledge of best practices surrounding ERP
- Understand SDLC, project management methodology (Agile/Waterfall)
- Full ERP Certification in NetSuite is ideal or is working toward the ERP certification are a plus
- Experience on Suite Success Methodology is a plus
