I will fully embrace, implement, safeguard and market the overall Wellness philosophy, concepts and programs such as Sleep with Six Senses, Eat With Six Senses and Grow With Six Senses platforms. All aspects of these wellness initiatives will be adopted and promoted throughout the sales and marketing functions.

**_ Sustainability_**

Sustainability is at the core of everything we do at Six Senses. As Night Auditor, I will ensure all directives on environmental protection and preservation, re-usage and minimum wastage, purchasing and packaging, social responsibility and all other practices documented in the Sustainability Guidelines are followed in the department to maintain a harmonious and sensitive approach to our environment and cultural surroundings, plus communicated as appropriate to our external audiences

**_ Operational Ownership_**

In this role, I will assume responsibility for the efficient operation of the financial department especially as a Night Auditor within Six Senses financial operating standard and under Finance Manager supervision.

I will assist Finance department to ensure that all set policies, procedures, best practices are in place and rigorously enforced.

A high standard of personal appearance, grooming and hygiene, plus comprehensive knowledge of safety, security and emergency procedures will be maintained in line with brand and statutory requirements.

All activities within the department will be carried out ethically, honestly and within the parameters of local law. An important part of the role is to interact with guests and hosts in a professional, courteous, and positive manner and proactively seek feedback, using guest name whenever possible.

I have full knowledge of all facilities and services offered by the resort including all F&B outlets and room categories as well as their location and layout.

I will contribute to the moral and team spirit of the resort by maintaining effective relationships with colleagues. I will perform additional duties as directed by supervisors, Finance Manager and Director of Finance.

**_ Skills and Experience_**

To execute the position of Night Auditor, I have the required qualifications, technical skills, and a minimum of two years' experience in a similar or greater role in luxury hotels with proven results. I possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Hotel or Business Management and more than one year’s experience in a similar hotel role.

Technical skills include Advanced MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook. I am also familiar with various hotel systems including POS, PMS and CRM platforms. I have knowledge of hotel/resort and policies regarding accounting and finance reports.

I have an excellent command of written and spoken English with some knowledge of the local language and customs.

I will maintain a thorough understanding of Six Senses in terms of guidelines, rules and regulations, brand and operating standards, facilities, and services.
