**MISION**

Asegurar que todos los tratamientos se llevan a cabo con los más altos estándares de calidad, y alcanzar los objetivos establecidos.

**FUNCIONES ESENCIALES**

Será responsable de los equipos, productos, limpieza e higiene de las áreas de tratamiento.

Deberá estar informado/a en todo momento de todos los tratamientos que se ofrecen y promociones que se ofrecen.

Será responsable de la consecución de los objetivos de ventas establecidos por el responsable del departamento (Spa Manager)

Ayudar a otros compañeros cuando así lo requiera el responsable del departamento.

Será responsable de mantener el alto nível de tratamiento y servicio.

**CONOCIMIENTOS ESPECÍFICOS DEL PUESTO, CAPACIDADES Y **HABILIDADES**
- Debe tener habilidades de comunicarse con el cliente en Inglés o Alemán y Castellano.
- Debe estar dispuesto a trabajar en un horario flexible.
- Mantener un alto nível de apariencia e higiene personal según lo establecido por el responsable Spa.
- Se requiere un actitud amable y servicial.
- Ser siempre puntual y preparar con tiempo suficiente los tratamientos antes de la llegada

del cliente.
- Asegurar que las cifras de ventas diarias se registran con precisión.
- Cubrir la recepción cuando sea necesario.

**FORMACIÓN **Y **EXPERIENCIA**

**Estudios **homologados** específicos de **Estética y Masaje/Fisioterapia.**

ESO o Título equivalente.

1-2 años de experiência en el puesto

Imprescindible para optar al puesto nível alto de Inglés o Alemán, y español
