The products offered by Sustainable Fitch include ESG Scores, ESG Ratings, Second Party Opinions and ESG Research, with the support of Product Development and Resource teams. It has offices in Barcelona, Hong Kong, London, New York, Singapore and Toronto._
**What We Offer**:
- 12-month program including 2-3 weeks of initial training and in-depth, ongoing training, mentoring, and assessment.
- This full-time graduate program commences with structured training, designed to provide a broad introduction to sustainability and impact assessment.
- Once the initial training has been completed, you will be immersed into analyzing the broad range of issuers that make up the leverage finance market, writing reports and presenting a score proposal to the review team and, finally, publishing the report.

**We’ll Count on You To**:
- Sustainable Fitch is looking for highly motivated and passionate graduates to be trained on our proprietary ESG Score methodology, and then to deliver quality research and analytical products.
- The role entails the delivery of high-quality, timely, focused analysis on a suite of products related to the ESG credentials and performance of entities and fixed income issuances.
- The person will work alongside peers in a team and be assigned a diverse portfolio of companies and associated debt instruments to analyze and monitor.
- Will have to present internally (and externally) their findings and related outputs.
**What You Need to Have**:
- Be a September 2023 - September 2024 graduate in a discipline with a background suitable to carrying out sustainability-related work (such as Environmental Sciences, Healthcare, Biology, Engineering, Economics, among others.)
- Interest, knowledge and understanding of current ESG market themes and standards is a key requirement for the role.
- Have strong analytical and critical thinking skills and good attention to detail and comfortable working with and drawing conclusions from data.
- Have good knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Access) Be fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Detailed knowledge of an additional language will be beneficial.
- Ability to start September 2024 in Barcelona (hybrid office schedule)
- Students must have work authorization in Spain without sponsorship.
