Process Engineer

**Your Job**
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic **Process Engineer** to be responsible for assembly line process. Your primary responsibilities will be leading the design and commissioning of new launches assembly processes, managing suppliers, and ensuring seamless project implementation, controlling, and improving processes throughout their useful life. You will also be responsible for the implementation of new technologies in the plant (Industry 4.0 technologies as artificial intelligence - vision systems, machine learning, MES, etc.)

**What You Will Do**
- Monitor KPIs for assembly production line.
- Define the necessary actions to optimize the process and improve area KPIs.
- Design assembly processes and layouts.
- Provide programming support with Robots, PLC's, and HMIs for transformation projects in a hands-on approach.
- Support launch team managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Implementation of Industry 4.0 technologies in Ibi Plant

**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- BS/MS in Electronic/Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering, Computer Engineer or similar in automation.
- Experience using Lean and/or continuous improvement methodologies to facilite process improvement.
- Experience with specification, procurement, installation, and ramping up capital/robotic equipment production lines. Proven experience in managing projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Experience performing process flow analysis & time/motion studies.
- Fluent in English.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
