**Marketing Finance Analyst - Southern Europe & France Hub Finance** based in Paris, France or Madrid, Spain.

**What will you do**

Focused on providing brand financial analysis to the cluster squads. Provide financial analysis to the Cluster Marketing Manager on the brands managed within the squad/squads where the support is done, to ensure appropriate and financially sound business decisions. Collaborates with the Marketing controller to Influence marketing business decisions based on analysis to meet business commitments and plans.

Management and Operational Responsibilities with the support and supervision of the Marketing Controller:

- Develop timely and actionable information for annual and quarterly forecasts, support development of marketing/franchise plans, strategic plan, and actual results for franchises and projects
- Provide insightful analysis and commentary to brand results and turn these insights into foresights applicable to future results
- Develop, challenge and monitor appropriate recommendations on allocation spend to brands and departments within scope, aligned with brand and company strategy
- Leadership Responsibilities:

- Demonstrate effective support to marketing and franchises on brand performance and plans
- Develop strong and credible relationships with the marketing squads
- Collaboration and proactive engagement with cluster finance team
- Contribute as a member of the Cluster finance team to the continuous improvement of business processes, improved insights on business performance, effective business decisions and innovative solutions

**Qualifications**:
**What we are looking for**
- Finance professional with proven experience within an FMCG organization
- Ability to operate and interact with other teams and members in the organization within a matrix and virtual organization
- Understanding of financial analysis and insights regarding the impact of marketing strategies;
- Marketing Finance Analyses in terms of Franchise / Channel and Account profitability;
- Marketing Spend effectiveness, Portfolio Strategy management and Pricing and Trade Spend principles. Planning and resource allocation principles;
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Deeply involved in the business to shape franchise decisions and outcomes through challenging and influencing.
- Demonstrates broad commercial savviness and develops deep meaningful stakeholder relationships, with a “closeness” to external customers, deeply understanding their needs.
- Demonstrate intellectual and business curiosity and the ability to connect the dots across different data sources.
