**About the Opportunity**
There are two available roles, where you will be working in a passionate and supportive team, time will be spent building relationships and creating engagement while looking after all supply chain sites in VIC and SA, as well as:

- Completing payroll time & attendance activities to ensure timely and accurate payment of EA Team members each week
- Reporting as required in accordance with the daily task sheet
- Proactively liaising with relevant ops management to advise any system or other issues which may affect timely and accurate payment of wages for their Team
- Advising team leaders on Success Factors and Site specific pay processes to ensure weekly data entered by ops is accurate for payroll purposes
- Providing payroll governance with relation to payment strictly in accordance with the EA and any relevant legislation, and Woolworths policies and procedures
- Raising payroll cases with People Services and following up in a timely manner

This role is based in Woolworths Melbourne Distribution Centre and the roster will be Sunday to Thursday, 6am - 2:30pm (Mondays 5am - 1:30pm) with possibility for extra hours. We have hybrid ways of working and flexibility, the team is usually in the office one day per week.

**About you**
Our new Kronos Administrator will be driven and passionate, keen to get things done and able to make an impact in a fast-paced environment. We’re looking for a team player with:

- Previous payroll experience in using Kronos (or similar payroll system) is essential
- Excellent demonstrated safety record and commitment to safety of self and team
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- A good team player and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a small team environment
- Reliable; must have a good attendance and punctuality record
- Must be trustworthy and demonstrate commitment to confidentiality
- Minimum basic computer skills required
- The ability to have flexibility with roster and weekend work
