En MBC seguimos creciendo y ahora buscamos **DOS **perfiles **Senior **para el departamento de Operaciones**. Uno **enfocado en la **c**ontabilidad y operativa del producto de tarjeta de crédito** y **otro **enfocado en la **operativa de payments.**

**Sobre el perfil**:
Buscamos un perfil de **Senior Analyst en Operaciones** que se una a nuestro equipo. La persona ideal debe ser autónoma, proactiva, con un nível alto de inglés (B2/C1) y con capacidad para adaptarse rápidamente a las necesidades del proyecto.

**Funciones**:

- **Gestión de flujos de efectivo**: Monitorear las entradas y salidas de dinero, asegurando que la empresa mantenga una salud financiera óptima.
- **Contabilidad y reporte**: Registrar y reportar transacciones financieras, preparar balances, estados de resultados y otros informes contables.
- **Control de presupuestos**: Supervisar los presupuestos asignados a diferentes departamentos o proyectos, asegurándose de que los gastos se mantengan dentro de los límites establecidos.
- **Gestión de riesgos financieros**: Identificar, analizar y mitigar los riesgos financieros a los que se enfrenta la organización.
- **Cumplimiento y regulación**: Asegurar que todas las operaciones financieras cumplan con las leyes y regulaciones aplicables.
- Operativa específica del producto de tarjeta de crédito.

**Requisitos**:

- Titulación en ADE o similar. Se valorarán otros estudios universitarios en función de la experiência laboral.
- **Experiência mínima de 3/4 años en puestos similares**, preferiblemente con enfoque en la contabilidad y operativa de productos financieros.
- Nível alto de inglés (B2/C1).
- Disponibilidad inmediata o con posibilidad de incorporación a corto plazo.
