Servicenow Technical Architect

**Airbus Commercial Aircraft **is looking for a **ServiceNow Technical Architect M/F **to join our Information Management (IM) department based in **Getafe **, **Madrid.
You will be part of a team providing **architectural support **on the **ServiceNow platform **by ensuring that the product architecture remains consistent between a feature detailed design and its development.

**Your challenges**:
- You identify issues between the strategic architecture and vendor solution implementation
- You come up with solutions to implement and migrate strategies that reduce risk for the platform and organization.
- You will advise and guide in Technical knowledge, methodology and framework, data integration and data flows, software development and coding.
- You will provide reference architectures documents, design patterns and provide a gap Technical Evaluation of requested functionality and OOB (out of the box) functionality.
- You will help evaluate new features and new capabilities to align to organizational and transformation needs.
**Your boarding pass**:
- Ideally some ServiceNow certifications
- System Admin, Application Developer and CIS ITSM preferred.
- Strong experience of ITIL processes and ITSM implementation
- Proven track record working in Agile
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English are required
