Aufgaben
- Assistenztätigkeiten für die Geschäftsleitung
- Organisation und Verwaltung von Büromaterialien
- Korrespondenz (deutsch/englisch/spanisch) mit Vertriebs
- und Geschäftspartnern, Immobilienbesitzern, Kaufinteressenten
- Koordination und Vorbereitung der Kundentermine
- allgemeine Büroorganisation
- Erstellung von 3-sprachigen Exposés
- Abwicklung der Ferienvermietung einer Luxusvilla
- Erstellung von Newslettern
- Werbemaßnahmen
Qualifikation
- Erfahrung im administrativen Bereich
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch, Englisch und Spanisch
- Bereits einen Wohnsitz auf Mallorca
- Allgemeine Kenntnisse in allen gängigen Software-Programmen
- Proaktives, organisiertes und selbstständiges Arbeiten und Teamplayer
- Angenehmes und vertrauenswürdiges Auftreten
