**Líbere Hospitality Group (lhg)**, como parte de All Iron Group, fue creada por los fundadores de Ticketbis (adquirida por eBay en 2016). **¿Qué tendrás que hacer?**

El objetivo es que la persona que se incorpore lidere el equipo de Málaga, siendo su persona de referencia y de apoyo en sus respectivas tareas.

En concreto, pensamos en una persona resolutiva y comprometida para:

- Gestionar el **equipo**: realizando seguimiento, onboardings, planificación de vacaciones, selección y contratación de talento, entrevistas y formaciones.
- Master en conocimiento de **procesos y herramientas**, y colaborar en la homogeneización de los mismos y actuando de soporte para tu equipo.
- Dar soporte y reporte periódico al Field Operations Country Manager, y actuar en **representación **de Líbere Hospitality en los momentos que pueda ser necesario.
- Realizar la **gestión operativa de limpieza**: incluyendo el reporte semanal de incidencias, inspección aleatoria de espacios junto a la supervisora, planificación de trabajos recurrentes en apartamentos y zonas públicas
- Llevar la **gestión operativa de mantenimiento**: llevando al día el plan de mantenimiento acordado con la empresa mantenedora y la propiedad, realizando propuestas de mejora y los correctivos necesarios. Sin olvidar el asegurarse de cumplir todas las normativas exigidas tanto sanitarias como de seguridad.
- Gestionar **compras y stock**, controlando las facturas de los edificios bajo tu supervisión.
- Dar **soporte **en las tareas del equipo: atención al cliente por diferentes canales y garantizar una óptima experiência de cliente.

**¿Qué buscamos?**

Nos encantaría incorporar a nuestro equipo de Field Operations una persona con mínimo 3 años de experiência como Jefe/a de Recepción.
- Nível alto de inglés.
- Apasionado/a del sector hospitality, con competencias del sector.
- Persona con gran capacidad de adaptabilidad al cambio, mentalidad positiva y conciliador/a.
- Buen trabajo en equipo, capacidad de trabajo bajo presión y priorización de tareas.
- Entusiasta de la tecnología y aplicaciones móviles.

**¿Qué puedes esperar de nosotrxs?**

️Contrato como Jefe de Recepción según Convenio Málaga.

50 días de vacaciones anuales (Vacaciones + Festivos).
