**About the Position**

You will become the Quality Responsible Person for the Spanish affiliate being responsible for ensuring products and business processes meet Novo Nordisk and Local quality standards. This is a unique opportunity for a career which covers a broad range of different disciplines within Quality while working with a wide number of internal and external stakeholders
- Implementation and maintenance of NN Quality Management System, ensuring product quality and hereby, focus on business-critical issues that may have an impact on license to operate and inspection readiness.
- Handling of Finished Products for Novo Nordisk owned products in affiliate (product release, return and destruction).
- Ensure by audit that the external stakeholders are in compliance with requirements in contract / quality agreement / relevant local legislation. Develop corrective action plans based on findings.
- Development and implementation of Business Ethics and Compliance policies, procedures, and requirements.
- Training readiness assurance.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Life Science is a must.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a Quality position working with pharmaceutical products.
- Deep understanding of regulatory requirements and strong experience managing Quality Systems and performing audits.
- Fluent in Spanish and in English as interaction with international teams is part of this role.

**About the Department**

You will be part of our Legal, Compliance & Quality team reporting to its Senior Director. As our Quality Expert, you will be the point of contact for all departments and business units of Novo Nordisk Spain on quality matters, having the opportunity to enjoy the cross-functional work. In addition, you will get to collaborate with other international stakeholders and teams.
