Structural R&t Analyst

**1. Job description**

A vacancy for a “Structural R&T Analyst” (d/f/m) has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space in the Aerospace Mechanical Engineering. The successful applicant will join “TEPAP-TL4 - Stress Methods and Optimisation”.

**2. Tasks**

We are looking for people to strengthen our structural analysis team

R&T development is a demanding environment in continuous evolution with associated uncertainty requiring a flexible, resilient and proactive minded profiles.

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:
R&T Airframe development including structure analysis, Stress and Fatigue assessment and structure sizing. This comprises following nonexclusive tasks:

- Linear and nonlinear structure analysis with the Finite Element Method (FEM)
- Structure Strength and Damage Tolerance analysis and assessment
- Structure Stability analysis and assessment
- Structure integrity assessment
- Multidisciplinary structure analysis and optimisation

**3. Qualification**
- Completed studies in Structural engineering / Structural Mechanics
- First experience in conducting structure analysis with the finite element method
- First experience in the structure assessment (Stability, Stress, Fatigue and Damage Tolerance)
- Negotiation Level of Spanish
- Advanced Level in English
- Programming skills also valuated: FORTRAN2003+, Python, C/C#/C++, Visual Basic
