With offices in Berlin, London, Barcelona and headquarters in Los Angeles, we're currently looking for a Marketing and Merchandising Intern based out of our Barcelona office.
How do you fit in?
JustFab is seeking an Intern with a passion for fashion, who demonstrates attention to detail, organization, creativity, and a willingness to learn to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
This person will report to the Sr. Manager of Marketing and Merchandising.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing and merchandising campaigns to drive customer engagement and retention.- Contribute to the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing content align with brand objectives and messaging.- Support the development and optimization of website content and assets to enhance the online shopping experience.- Assist with monthly photo shoots for brand campaigns.- Execution of promotional campaigns, sales events, and product launches to drive customer engagement and conversion.- Ensure a smooth customer experience by testing and reporting issues.
What you will learn in your role:
- The fundamentals of e-commerce, including key performance indicators (KPIs), customer experience, and retention strategies.- Basics of digital merchandising management.- Cross-functional collaboration with departments such as CRM, Social Media, Studio, and Creative teams.- Development of inspirational and engaging brand content.- Digital content and product management.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Marketing, Communications, Fashion or a related field.- Enthusiasm, reactivity, ability, and energy to operate in a fast-paced environment, independently and collaboratively.- Strong passion for fashion and understanding of current industry trends.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools is a plus.
