**Qué esperamos**:
En tu rol de Electrical Manufacturing Engineer organizarás y supervisarás la industrialización de producto a lo largo de toda la cadena de suministro y en nuestros centros productivos, desde la fase de concepto y diseño hasta la producción seriada, cumpliendo los hitos clave del proyecto. Buscando la optimización de los costes y siempre enfocado a la mejora continua, aseguramiento de la calidad y la seguridad.

Funciones y responsabilidades:

- Industrialización de nuevos productos.
- Seguimiento e implementación de cambios de diseño en los procesos productivos y cadena de suministro.
- Adaptación del diseño de producto para cumplir con las necesidades de los procesos productivos y de la cadena de suministro.
- Participar en la validación de prototipos y pruebas para la fabricación de nuevos productos.
- Liderar la definición de la estructura de producto (MBOM).
- Coordinar las evaluaciones Make or Buy de los componentes.
- Analizar el impacto económico del diseño en toda la cadena de suministro.
- Asegurar la correcta industrialización del producto en proveedores y fábricas.
- Definir un flujo de materiales optimizado minimizando los desperdicios (VSM).
- Colaboración y soporte con las áreas de I+D, Producción, Calidad, Compras y resto de la cadena de suministro.

**A quién buscamos**:

- Graduado/a en Ingeniería Eléctrica o Ingeniería en Organización Industrial.
- Comprensión de esquemas eléctricos / electrónicos (baja tensión).
- Experiência mínima de 5/10 años demostrable en puesto similar.
- Experiência en metodología Lean Manufacturing.
- Conocimientos y experiência en ingeniería de procesos de fabricación
- Imprescindible nível alto de inglés: mínimo B2; deseable C1.
- Habilidades interpersonales ,excelentes habilidades de comunicación e influencia y enfoque a cliente.
- Capacidad analítica y resolutiva con enfoque permanente a la mejora continua y a la innovación.
