MARLEX GREAT PEOPLE is looking for a **Infraestructure Operations IT (Automotive) (Indefinite contract) Advanced English.**

**¿Cuál será tu misión en la empresa?**

**Provisioning for Infrastructure** (Workspace, IaaS and Connectivity) **Services, User/Dealer Help Desk and Application Operation** in the agreed quality, security and costs in the area of Sales, businesses and remote support the Company in Spain and Portugal, Including **leading the local team in the delivery of Operational tasks and responsibilities and central / local Workspace related projects** (delivery of new requirements, migrations of existing services / solutions and rollout of new services / systems). **Support to the planning and local Business requirements for telephony services for Customer care**. **Support local/regional/central teams in infrastructure operations and projects**, ensuring “end to end” delivery.
- First steering level for local service providers
- **Delivery support of the infrastructure services** tailored to the local needs of the customers
- **Support of IT Service Continuity management**:

- Operation support in the agreed quality and in a sustainable manner
- **IT Service level support for infrastructure operation**:

- **IT infrastructure operation support**: Collecting the data for tendering and management of local contracts, first point of control on the provider steering, collecting data for the volume planning and the license tracking.
- Contributing in **local service reviews**:

- **Conception of end user processes and support the adaption of global processes to local conditions** (Ordering)
- **Support to the responsible for the operational, configuration and event management in the infrastructure operation**:

- Support of **service transitions** (change management)
- Support the **service request fulfillment for build projects**, moves or non-standard requests
- Supports Business telephony and Contact Center requirements supporting customer interaction and services
- Support TCM/BCM (Technical/Business Continuity Management) requirements
- Support teams in local delivery ie. Networks, Server, Storage, Backup and IT Rooms
- Supporting Application middleware requirements. Upgrades and migration.
- **Maintenance**: Schedule and perform regular maintenance tasks such as updates and security patches.
- **Monitoring**: Continuously monitor the performance and its availability. Batch processes included.

- ** Education: Studies at a university or university of applied sciences with a university degree in Computer or an equivalent education and experience**:

- Work experience, Leadership experience of information technology:

- **Good knowledge in the IT processes (ITIL).**:

- **Multi-year experience in the management of projects.**
- **Language skills**:

- **mandatory: fluent Spanish and English in voice and write.**:

- **Portuguese in voice and write will be highly valuated.**:

- **German in voice and write (optional).**
- Technical and operational expertise in Business telephony solutions and customer interactive services.
- Data Base management knowledge.
