JOB DESCRIPTION:
**Tasks**:
- Manage events/conference calendar for all HPO activities- Manage the events organised in our Innovation hubs- Coordinate organizational tasks (location, assistance, agenda, materials, any specific requirements, etc.)- Ensure alignment with corresponding dept’s (Internal/External comms, Marketing, Commercial etc)- Support preparation of materials for meetings & events.- Control of merchandising with innovation executive

Skills needed:
- Studies and/or experience in hospitality management, public relations or relevant field is preferred-
- Good planning, coordination and time management skills- Well organized with attention to detail and ability to multi-task- Able to handle stress and remain calm- Problem solving attitude- Excellent communication & negotiation skills- Fluency in English, written and spoken-
- High level of pro-activity to support Hotelbeds ambitious innovation strategy
