AckLabs es una empresa de Formación y Desarrollo, buscan a un Customer Success Manager que les ayude a liderar proyectos de consultoría y de desarrollo de talento.
**⭐Candidata/o ideal**
- Persona proactiva que proponga ideas y no tenga miedo a embarcarse o liderar nuevas iniciativas. Estamos en un momento de crecimiento y necesitamos a una persona que aporte valor añadido a nuestros clientes y a la organización.
- Una persona que tenga experiência preferiblemente en el sector de servicios de consultoría, formación y desarrollo de producto B2B.
- Una persona que haya gestionado proyectos con clientes de diversa índole de manera exitosa, preferiblemente proyectos relacionados con la formación corporativa.
- Inglés alto ya que muchas de las comunicaciones y formaciones son en inglés.
**⭐Funciones y responsabilidades**
- Liderar y participar en proyectos de consultoría de nuevas metodologías de trabajo como Agile, o Design Thinking en clientes del IBEX35.
- Liderar la adaptación de los productos de formación de Crucial Learning al mercado español, así como todos los materiales de comunicación y educativos.
- Realizar el seguimiento de la satisfacción de los clientes y buscar formas de mejorar su experiência, especialmente en la línea de formación.
- Realizar formaciones a clientes en de nuestros productos de formación como Conversaciones Cruciales, o GTD.
- Apoyar a otros proyectos transversales de la organización como proyectos de consultoría de eficiencia o nuevos modelos de trabajo.

- Entorno internacional y la posibilidad de abrir nuevas líneas de negocio en otras geografías, especialmente en LATAM.
