To support the HR Centre of Operations, we are looking for an HR Assistant with a spark.

**What does your day look like?**

Providing flexible and structured support in the various sub-areas of HR with a focus of recruitment.
Supporting the Talent acquisition Team in a flexible and structured way;
Publication of vacancies, initial screening of CVs, testing and interviews;
Preparation of (monthly) reports and performing checks;
Support with (administrative) tasks related to recruitment;
Providing a proactive contribution to the optimization of existing HR processes with a view to increasing efficiency.
Collaborate with HR Admin Colleagues regarding HR and personnel-related questions: answering questions related to time registration, absences, personnel data, group and hospitalization insurance, insurances.

What are we looking for?

You have a higher education degree (bachelor/master) or equivalent experience.
You have a passion for HR and are driven to get to know the various HR domains.
You like varied administrative tasks.
You are enthusiastic, social & communicative and you make contacts easily.
You are result-oriented, efficient and accurate.
You like to take initiative with a hands-on mentality, and you are pragmatic.
You work autonomously and in an organized way.
You have sufficient stress-resistance and flexibility.
You have a good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
You can express yourself fluently in NL/ENG (orally and in writing); knowledge of FR is a plus.
