**Perfil**:
El Ingeniero de Proyectos de Energías Renovables desempeña un papel crucial en la planificación, ejecución y gestión de proyectos de energía limpia. Este profesional colabora estrechamente con equipos multidisciplinarios para garantizar la implementación exitosa de proyectos de energías renovables.

Responsabilidades Clave:
Gestión de Proyectos: Colaborar en la planificación y ejecución de proyectos de energías renovables, asegurando el cumplimiento de los plazos y presupuestos establecidos.

Soporte Técnico: Brindar soporte técnico en la resolución de problemas y desafíos que puedan surgir durante la ejecución del proyecto.

Coordinación Interdepartamental: Facilitar la comunicación y colaboración entre equipos de ingeniería, adquisiciones, operaciones y mantenimiento para garantizar una ejecución eficiente del proyecto.

Monitoreo e Informes: Monitorear constantemente el progreso del proyecto y preparar informes de estado para la alta dirección y partes interesadas.

Gestión de Recursos: Asistir en la asignación de recursos humanos y materiales, asegurando su disponibilidad y eficiencia.

Cumplimiento Normativo: Garantizar que los proyectos cumplan con las regulaciones aplicables y los estándares de calidad en el sector de las energías renovables.

Mejora Continua: Identificar oportunidades de mejora en los procesos de gestión de proyectos y proponer soluciones innovadoras.

**Requisitos**:
El Ingeniero de Proyectos juega un papel crucial en el éxito de nuestros proyectos de energías renovables, contribuyendo a la expansión y mejora continua de nuestras operaciones en el campo de la energía limpia.
- Título universitario en Ingeniería o un campo relacionado.
- Experiência en proyectos de energías renovables o gestión de proyectos.
- Conocimiento de los principios de energías renovables y tecnologías asociadas.
- Capacidad para utilizar software de gestión de proyectos como MS Project u herramientas similares.
- Habilidades efectivas de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y bajo supervisión.
- Orientación al detalle y habilidades para resolver problemas.
