Propósito del trabajo:
Asegurar el cumplimiento de la satisfacción del cliente, objetivos comerciales (volúmenes de ventas, rentabilidad, etc.) y desarrollo de marca en línea con los objetivos comerciales de la empresa y los planes del Área.

Responsabilidades clave:

- Proporcionar una gestión integral de la tienda, mediante la coordinación de las actividades comerciales del área respectiva, la supervisión de las relaciones comerciales con las cuentas clave, y las funciones administrativas relacionadas, en cumplimiento de los lineamientos y procedimientos de la empresa.
- Analizar las estrategias de los competidores locales, identificar nuevas oportunidades para la red de ventas y monitorear y reportar imitaciones.
- Proporcionar evaluaciones continuas de ventas, revisando el estado de los inventarios, informando al supervisor directo sobre el desempeño general de la tienda, informando sobre oportunidades y problemas críticos y sugiriendo posibles soluciones.
- Asegurar la conformidad de la tienda con los criterios de comercialización definidos por las políticas de la empresa.
- Coordinar el conteo de inventarios, organización de stocks, manejo de pedidos y mantenimiento general de tienda, de acuerdo a los estándares definidos.
- Administrar personal; desarrollar el desempeño de los asociados, planificar, administrar y evaluar continuamente sus actividades, supervisar el desarrollo profesional de los empleados y los aspectos legales relacionados con el personal.
