This role requires a dynamic, tech-savvy individual who can seamlessly bridge the gap between our clients' needs and technology solutions.**

- Understand our clients' unique challenges and business goals to recommend appropriate technology solutions that enhance their customer service operations
- Lead the technical implementation of customer service tools across diverse platforms and interfaces, working directly with our clients' teams
- Serve as a technical expert, providing guidance and training to both weWow teams and clients to ensure the effective adoption and use of implemented tools
- Analyze and measure the impact of implemented solutions on customer service metrics, making adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal performance
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, tools, and trends in the customer service space, incorporating these into our solutions where beneficial

- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience implementing technology solutions in a business setting
- Exceptional understanding of customer service technologies and platforms
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into easy-to-understand language for clients and teams
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to finding and implementing effective solutions
