ALSTOM launch its 12th Edition of Alstom Talent Energy Internship Program, a unique opportunity to develop personally and professionally in a multicultural and multinational environment. You will be able to combine postgraduate training with paid practical training, collaborating in company projects from day one. The internship program lasts 12 months and will start next November 2023.
The intern will gain experience in technical support for Reliability Growth through investigation and data collection as well as for complex Troubleshooting in order to accelerate reliability target achievement with maximum train availability.
**Training Objectives**:
- Drive Reliability Growth through failure/event investigation and reliability forecast implementation (with RAMS support)
- Drive 8D issues with Quality and internal and external Suppliers as support of PrWM
- Drive Return of Experience as support of PrWM
- Ensure completeness and quality of input to Defect Management data base (RailSys Light, GSI, Maximo,)
- Ensure information flow within the Customer Site Warranty and project teams
- Ensure Alstom product configuration control and relevant documentation management
- Support any technical activity on Alstom products during Warranty as well as Pre-warranty, Commissioning, Validation and Certification phase
- Support technical reviews with internal and external Suppliers
- Support Obsolescence Management (if applicable)
- Support preparation and implementation of Field Modifications (FM)
- Facilitate relationship between Warranty Support (Back-office) function (repair loop, spares, consignment stock, FM preparation) and Customer Site Warranty team
