**Trade Marketeer**
**Objetivo de la posición**:
Esta posición es reponsable de lograr los objetivos de ventas de la zona asignada y de ganar cuota de mercado a través de la correcta implementación de las actividades promocionales en Estancos y en Horecas. Adicionalmente, el Trade Marketeer tiene responsabilidad específica sobre la correcta implementación y seguimiento de los planes promocionales desarrollados por la compañia, así como de la ejecución de los planes de merchandising (Visibilidad en el hot spot, Implementación de planogramas, etc...), asegurando la efectividad y la eficiencia de la implementación. Negocia a nível de punto de venta donde sea necesario a fin de reaccionar a tiempo sobre oportunidades comerciales que puedan surgir dentro de los parámetros establecidos por la compañía.
**¿En qué consiste el rol? Responsabilidades**:
- Alcanzar los objetivos de ventas presupuestados en el Plan Anual, que le son delegados a corto y medio plazo en términos de cuota de mercado.
- Utilización de las palancas de apoyo que le ofrece la compañía, a fin de obtener los objetivos delegados y la mayor rentabilidad posible en cada cliente, haciendo llegar al consumidor todas las estrategias diseñadas por la compañía, implementándolas de una manera eficaz y eficiente en el punto de venta a fin de maximizar la inversión y el impacto final.
- Introducción de nuevos productos en todos los clientes de la zona bajo su responsabilidad en los plazos previstos por la compañía de acuerdo con la estrategia prevista en cada caso. Además de la correcta ubicación de los mismos a fin de facilitar su salida al consumidor.
- Mantener excelentes relaciones con todos los Expendedores/Horecas y Almacenes de Logística de su zona para mantener e incrementar la distribución, venta y visibilidad de nuestras marcas, de acuerdo con los procedimientos y políticas de la compañía, asegurándose la mejor exposición de nuestros productos
- Incrementar y optimizar canales de las marcas de JTI en el canal Horeca a fin de aumentar el share of space y por ende la cuota de nuestras marcas en Máquinas Expendedoras, realizando los cambios necesarios según planes regionales.
- Informar asiduamente al District Field Manager sobre las actividades y material promocional, actividades de la competencia y del mercado en general.
**¿Qué estamos buscando? Requerimientos**:
- FPII y/o diplomatura.
- 1 año de experiência en ventas.
- Carnet de conducir.
- Español Nativo. Inglés valorable.
- Manejo de Paquete Office a nível Usuario.
