**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:
Supervise, of course Your main task is to manage, organise and supervise the logistics activities in our warehouses.
- We are looking for a committed person, who knows how to lead, coach and enthuse his or her team leaders like no other.
- As responsible for one or more customers, you will focus on achieving optimal customer satisfaction.
- Together with the Site Operations Manager, you monitor fixed and variable costs within your operations and will seek maximum profitability, looking for savings in all aspects.
- Safety is essential You actively contribute to the policy within our zero incident culture.
- In order to optimise the quality of our logistics services, you stimulate internal consultation and collaboration between the different teams.
- Based on your in-depth knowledge of operations, you will participate in change and improvement projects within the framework of Continuous Improvement.
