At Global Alumni, the first Euro-American EdTech, we have successfully broken down physical and language barriers, bringing knowledge and prestige from the world’s best universities to any professional in a digital, globalized, and ever-changing environment. As education shifts to online and hybrid formats, we align with universities’ needs to create and develop digital content for their postgraduate courses. We also offer higher education institutions marketing services for these programs, handling the process from strategic planning and campaign design to their launch on all relevant digital platforms. Our marketing efforts are targeted to a multicultural audience that spans six different languages.
**What duties will you have?**
- **Strategic relationships with clients**: Boost the potential of universities, business schools, and other institutions, on a national and international level.
- **Needs assessment and alignment of objectives**: Ensure knowledge of the objectives and management of internal teams to ensure the execution and implementation of our clients' projects.
- **Relationship strengthening**: Foster and strengthen relationships with our existing universities and business schools in the United States, Spain, and Latin America, ensuring mutual growth and success.
- **Project planning and execution**: Lead tailored plans and initiatives to foster and expand agreements with our clients.
- **Innovation and growth**: Evaluate and propose novel and transformative strategies to create new opportunities for collaboration with potential clients.
- **Institutional relations**: Act on behalf of Global Alumni and our mission and vision with public and private entities in national and international scenarios, as directed by the CEO or general manager.
- **Leadership**: Lead a group of Department Managers.
**Requirements**:
**What type of profile are we looking for?**
- Bachelor's degree
- Native language: Spanish
- **Advanced level of English **(C1+/C2)
- At least 10 years of experience in a similar role (or in a management position at a university or business school)
- Understanding of U.S. and Spanish educational environments and their needs
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proactive attitude and ability to work in a team
- Consultative sales skills
- Critical thinking and analytical capacities
