Tasks and Responsibilities- Organization of the warehouse, the warehousing facility and the work processes from the perspective of len management.- Implement and ensure warehouse logistics standard processes: inbound, storing (with scanner or MDE), outbound, picking, invent data maintenance, etc.- Storage, picking, material supply to/from all interface partners (e.g. service & repair, marketing etc).- Organize pick ups for damaged items at customer site.- Warehouse master data maintenance.- Complaints processing, etc.- Implementation of KPI´ s related to transport delivery times.- If necessary independent work of all warehouse logistics tasks
- Inbound bookings, inventory transfer, inventory data, warehouse master data, etc.- Contact person for interface partners (customer order processing, international procurement, production,...) to warehouse logistics - topics.- Possibility of attending fairs around different cities.- Expert National (EN) of the ERP-system this includes among other things:
- 1st level support for end user of all business units from WHL-
- Training of new employees-
- Monitoring and improvement of processes-
- Participate in process audits-
- Preparation of training documents in the national language-
- Collaboration in supply chain-
- Permanent implementation of requirements and being one step ahead.**Qualifications**:
- Logistical or commercial training- Spanish (as mother tongue)- Fluent English- High level of IT skills (MS-Office, knowledge in the ERP-system BaaN of advantage)- Technical understanding, logical thinking- Cost awareness, team-oriented, high resilience and willingness to travel- Experience in the field of warehouse logistics- Fork-lift truck driving licence of advantage
