QA Engineer

Requirements description
- Experience with Agile
- Understanding of the Development lifecycle and CI/CD
- Automation / Proficiency in testing management tools
- Must be able to understand the project and propose a plan that ensures that the

final product meets the required standards of quality.
- +3 years of experience as an automation tester

Nice to have:

- Coding knowledge in javascript/python
- Ability to enter AWS and check logs
- Ability to perform ad hoc SQL queries to understand the nature of bugs
- Ability to perform Postman(or similar) queries

Offer description

We are looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer to enable our engineers to easily
design and implement API, backend and UI tests by providing the right frameworks,
infrastructure and tools for their automated testing needs. We aim to deploy often with
confidence knowing that our test infrastructure will provide short feedback loops on any
new issues.

We are looking for someone who is a strong enough engineer who contribute feature code,
a strong enough tester so they are confident to test about anything, a strong enough
leader who would be able to review, redefine and implement our software quality strategy
and someone passionate about quality.

Timeframe: 80h/month for the next 2 months
Location: 100% remote, but need communication between 8am - 10am EST time
Start: Abril 2024

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain tooling for test development, coverage and reporting.
- Advocate for maintaining a high-quality’’’ bar, making sure quality and testing are

part of the development work.
- Cooperation with the SA, devOps and front-end team.
- Create comprehensive test automation scripts from business requirements and

functional specifications documents
- Interpret results of automation tests and document software defects in issue

tracking system; proactively communicate issues with developers and other project

team members.
