**Job Purpose**:
To manage incoming call professionally.
- Being courteous with customer
- Listening attentively to their request
- Directing customer call to appropriate person
- Deal with multiple calls
- Organise call back when sales people busy

To manage the telephone system.
- Teach newcomers how to operate the phone
- Check that the telephone network works properly
- Call the maintenance managers when lines are down

Assist the sales team where needed.
- Ordering of POS
- Storage of POS
- Assist with colour/technical training
- Do quotation and Invoicing for quick and fast items
- Help in sending SOA to customers

Communication
- Always kind to customers
- Keeping a positive attitude

**Experience**
