Leading the Business Transformation from a holistic perspective and based in the Agile values and principles as guide, by working from 3 different angles:
The Digital Transformation focused in solve the main pain points of our projects and products by accelerating digitalization, developing the software based tools inside the Dock, and outside, guaranteeing the early deliver of MVPs in the system. The evolution of the Company to a more Agile and organic structure that allows us to answer to the needs of this VUCA environment and the challenges of the new Space business by developing a new framework that helps the Company to move to this new paradigm and cultural change, both in improvement projects and core projects. The reinforcement of the “Project First” philosophy inside the projects, with the PMO acting as leverage for the customer focused and value driven approach that helps the purpose of the transformation.
- The responsible of the position will lead the team of PMOs, ensuring their competence and performance and their active role of levers for the Agile company transformation.
- The holder of the position will manage "The Dock 3C", the accelerator for digitalization projects that answers to business needs, promoting the Digital Transformation of the Company working hand by hand with the sponsors. We analyze the main pain points of the projects and functions related to data, connectivity, tools or analytics and find the most feasible solutions by working through the digital portfolio, using standard methodology to drive the process.
- Additionally, the position involves acting as Agile Coach for the Agile Community (scrums masters, product owners and other stakeholders inside digitalization, improvement or core projects) and continue the innovation and improvement activities with a Kaizen spirit.
This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
