**ABOUT THE JOB**

**Secondary Ticket Market Analyst**
- Research and identify potential opportunities to purchase tickets for upcoming sports, music, theatre and comedy events across Europe and the United Kingdom.
- Take a proactive role in the strategic acquisition of ticket inventory.
- Take ownership and accountability of individual events, managing the inventory of the event from the time of acquiring inventory all the way through until the completion of the event.
- Implement effective resale strategies to ensure optimal inventory turnover.
- Monitor and manage ticket inventory levels to prevent overstock or undersupply.
- Conduct thorough analysis to understand both primary and secondary market trends, demand and pricing dynamics of each specific event.
- Utilise data and analytics to make informed decisions and refine ticket resale strategies.
- Work in a collaborative team of Event Managers, collectively supporting each other in making informed decisions and contributing innovative ideas and fresh perspectives.
- Provide updates on the status, inventory position, and progress of your events through both in-person meetings and written communication.
- Collaborate across departments, including Customer Services, Fulfilment, and Sales teams, to ensure the effective management of the post-sale aspects of your events.

**There is an expectation for Event Managers to be flexible with hours on days where there are events in the evening.

- Standard Full time hours - Monday to Friday: 09:00 - 17:30 + 1 weekend day rotated every 8 weeks.
