Sobre la posición
Misión:
Gestión, prospección y captación de cartera de clientes de cadenas de Hostelería Organizada y clientes 3rd Space (festivales, eventos y puntos estratégicos), de acuerdo con las políticas comerciales de la compañía, seleccionando los mejores clientes:
con mayor potencial en la venta de bebidas espirituosas, con capacidad para generar efecto Halo y generar Brand building en base a los objetivos de cada marca, con potencial para activar de forma brillante generando en el consumidor brand awareness y recuerdo de marca.
El resultado será la mejora de la cuota de mercado, el incremento de las ventas y la rentabilidad de forma sostenible de nuestras marcas, a través del crecimiento (distribución y rotación de nuestras marcas) enfocándonos en realizar una ejecución brillante, consiguiendo el mayor impacto de visibilidad de nuestras marcas conquistando nuevas ocasiones de consumo en base a las contrapartidas acordadas.
Funciones:
- Realizar la planificación operativa de las cadenas de Hostelería Organizada de la cartera gestionada, cumpliendo con el número de visitas semanales y con los objetivos cuantitativos y cualitativos de cada visita.
- Realizar la planificación operativa de los eventos, festivales y puntos estratégicos de la cartera gestionada, cumpliendo con los objetivos cuantitativos y cualitativos de cada visita.
- Gestionar las relaciones comerciales entre Diageo y los directores de compras, directores de operaciones, directores de marketing, directores de patrocinios, producción y responsables de barras de su cartera de clientes.
- Impulsar la venta y visibilidad de nuestras marcas en las cadenas gestionadas mediante acuerdos y colaboraciones con cada uno de ellos, con el objetivo de conseguir incrementar la rotación de nuestros productos en el mercado, acorde a la estrategia y plan comercial.
- Ejecutar de forma brillante los planes comerciales de HO y 3rd Space a nível nacional para el logro de los objetivos de negocio, consiguiendo el mayor impacto de visibilidad de nuestras marcas conquistando nuevas ocasiones de consumo en base a las contrapartidas acordadas con cada uno de ellos.
- Asegurar y ejecutar brillantemente los Planes de Activación indicados en su cartera de clientes.
- Realizar eventos y promociones en los PDV más relevantes de la cartera gestionada, aprovechando al máximo los recursos y la inversión destinados a ellos.
- Actuar como embajador de nuestras marcas y Diageo para asegurar la plena satisfacción tanto de nuestros clientes como nuestros consumidores.
- Construir y ejecutar el plan de trabajo mensual, planificando las visitas a realizar (en la próxima semana / mes) con la frecuencia establecida por tipología de cliente e identificando el objetivo de cada visita asegurando se interactúa en todos los níveles del Punto de Venta de Hostelería (revisión de negocio, seguimiento Acuerdos de Hostelería e interacción con los directores de compras/operaciones de cada cadena, con los directores de F&B de cada espacio y revisión y seguimiento del cumplimiento de contrapartidas negociadas con cada evento/festival)
Sobre ti
Requisitos:
- Alto conocimiento del sector de la hostelería, preferentemente con experiência en la gestión de grandes cadenas de restauración organizada.
- Alto conocimiento del sector de eventos, valorando la experiência gestionando patrocinios.
- Habilidades de negociación avanzadas.
- Pasión por las ventas y ganas de crecer en el sector de bebidas espirituosas.
- Capacidad analítica y comercial acumen.
- Carnet de conducir con validez en España (mínimo 1 año).
- Idiomas: inglés intermedio y español fluido
