Metier System Architect

HORSE, ubicada en Castilla y León y multinacional del sector de la automoción, nace como respuesta del Grupo Renault para descarbonizar la movilidad con soluciones híbridas y de combustión interna bajas en emisiones. Su principal misión consiste en reinventar la combustión, buscando alternativas más eficientes y diferentes a la movilidad eléctrica.
Desde Hays estamos buscando un/a Metier System Architect Hybrid Powertrain para el Sector Automoción (modelo híbrido desde Valladolid).
Para ello, será el responsable de:
- Contribuir a la satisfacción del cliente captando, formalizando y contratando con las partes interesadas todos los requisitos que se aplican al sistema bajo su responsabilidad, así como los métodos de control.
- Esto incluye los requisitos que se aplican a su sistema para cumplir los requisitos de producto del cliente, servicio, calidad, costes, plazos, seguridad general del producto, reglamentación, fabricación, posventa, así como los requisitos de su sistema sobre los demás sistemas que interfieren.
- Definir y gestionar la hoja de ruta del sistema (familia de soluciones a lo largo del tiempo) que permita cubrir toda la oferta de productos, integrar la innovación y, al mismo tiempo, maximizar la estandarización.
- Contribuir al rendimiento de QCDP Engineering gestionando la responsabilidad global sobre la definición, el arbitraje y su integración del sistema sobre todo el ciclo de vida del producto y los proyectos.
- Establecer y asignar los requisitos del sistema a sus componentes y la responsabilidad de QCDP hasta la producción en serie.
- Aplicar la estrategia de validación mediante la adquisición de conocimientos, mejorar, actualizar y desplegar el sistema estándar, las normas de medición, los procesos y las herramientas o implicar funcionalmente a los actores que contribuyen a su sistema (líderes de funciones del sistema, líder de componentes, etc.).
- Proponer y obtener la asignación presupuestaria para futuros motores. Definir la alineación de referencia para futuros motores, coherente con las necesidades.
¿Qué buscamos?:
- Licenciatura o equivalente en el campo de la ingeniería: Automoción, Ingeniería eléctrica, Automática, Informática, Electrónica.
- Muy buen conocimiento del funcionamiento de las cadenas cinemáticas híbridas y sus sistemas de control (ICE: estructura del par motor, híbridos: gestión del par motor, gestión de la energía);
- Conocimientos técnicos y experiência (+10 años) necesarios para este puesto: definición de la arquitectura del sistema: Componentes, módulos; Definición de requisitos del sistema; Arquitectura de software integrado; Métodos de validación de nuevas funciones; Reglamentación de seguridad
- Dominio del inglés y alto nível de redacción técnica. Se valorará el francés.
- Aptitudes interpersonales: Capacidad de respuesta a las necesidades y expectativas del cliente. Fuertes habilidades interpersonales, capacidad para trabajar en un equipo multicultural e internacional.
