**The role**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Treasury Analyst to join our Finance team. You will be responsible for managing effective liquidity management, risk mitigation, and financial strategy alignment.
**What will you be doing?**
- **Enhance Group Liquidity**: Manage group liquidity and monitor cash balances for timely meeting of short-term needs.
- **Automate Cash Management**: Identify automation opportunities, benchmark solutions, and lead implementation to improve efficiency.
- **Strengthen Bank Relationships**: Serve as the main contact for banks, negotiate terms, and stay informed on industry trends.
- **Optimize Borrowing and Investment**: Execute short-term borrowing and investment decisions to optimize cash yield, aligning with company risk and financial goals.
- **Mitigate FX Risks**: Review and hedge FX risks, implementing processes to minimize new exposures.
- **Manage Working Capital**: Track working capital, staying up to date with trends and best practices for improvement.
- **Track and Report KPIs**: Oversee cash management KPIs, develop reporting processes, and provide insights to senior management.
- **Drive Ad-hoc Projects**: Lead cash management-related projects, ensuring completion within budget and achieving objectives..
**What will make you a great fit?**
- Solid treasury experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as internal and external clients.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Advanced MS Excel user.
- Experience working with/implementing treasury management solutions.
