**The Consulting and Technical Advisory division of OCA Global **provides interdisciplinary technical advisory services aimed at supporting and assisting public administrations, banks and investment funds, project developers, industrial and service companies in their transition towards a better society and economy that are climate change resilient, sustainable, and decarbonized.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated** Renewable Energy Project Engineer** **Trainee **(Private and Multilateral Sectors) to provide technical support throughout all phases of Technical Advisory and Owner´s Engineering services.

**Functions and responsibilities**:
Support to Senior Engineering team in conceptual, basic, and detailed engineering
development and review of Renewable Energy Plants (solar PV and CSP, wind, mini-hydraulic, BESS and PtX), providing technical support in all project phases: project development, engineering design, construction, and commissioning, as part of the technical advisory and owners’ engineering team, including the following tasks:

- Support in Technical Due Diligence and Lender Technical Advisor reports, technology

evaluation, Operation & Maintenance, etc.
- Support in Engineering review, including the technical revision and approval of the

main project design engineering documentation (Owner’s Engineering).

**Work location**:
OCA Global offices in **Madrid **(preferably), **Sevilla **or **Barcelona**. Work will be developed
office based and for all projects implemented by OCA Global worldwide (EMEA, Latam, Central Asia).

**Education requirements**:

- BSC in any relevant Engineering,
- MSC in Renewable Energy would be favourably considered.

**Experience**:
No experience required.

**Languages**:

- Spanish and English: Native or full professional proficiency.
- French would be favourably considered.

Other personal competencies:

- Efficient communication, meeting organization and reporting.
- Proactivity and flexibility.
- Efficient problem resolution.
- Knowledge and experience in software like PVSyst, Windpro will be valued,
- Level Expert in MS Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
