**About Kannact**
Kannact is a health coaching service dedicated to helping people with chronic conditions manage their health through human relationships. Our health coaches build strong, trust-based relationships with patients to educate them about their health and support them in taking small steps toward long-term change. We are passionate about making a real impact on human lives, helping them improve not only their health but also their quality of life.
At Kannact, we have several digital products that you’ll be working on. Our health CRM equips our coaches with the tools they need to provide excellent and personalized care to our patients. We send our patients medical devices that connect to our mobile app, allowing them to monitor their health at home. We also have several other digital tools built in-house by our talented team of engineers, designers, and health coaches, all aimed at strengthening the coach-patient relationship and helping our patients achieve their health goals.
**Our Team**
You will report to the VP of Product and work alongside a scrum team that includes a UX designer, mobile engineer, data analysts, and multiple frontend and backend engineers. The majority of the scrum team is based in Spain. Our team is kind, supportive, and has a strong collaborative dynamic. We believe in helping each other grow and develop professionally to create great products that make a real difference in people's lives.
We are looking for a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing projects that drive product improvements to our coach, patient, and provider experience. You will play a key role in making sure the features our engineering team builds are high-quality and bug-free, while using agile methods to keep things efficient and flexible.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Project Coordination**: Manage and coordinate multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- **Quality Assurance**: Perform QA and user acceptance testing (UAT) on both user-facing products and infrastructural improvements, ensuring features are bug-free and meet end user requirements.
- **Agile Methodologies**: Implement and advocate for agile practices within the team, ensuring flexibility, continuous improvement, and timely delivery of projects.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**: Work closely with the VP of Product, UX, engineers, operations, medical team, and coaching team to gather requirements, lead projects, and ensure smooth project execution.
- **Communication**: Maintain strong communication with all team members, providing updates on project status, identifying potential issues, and ensuring alignment across teams.
- **Organization**: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and documentation to ensure projects are well-coordinated and thought through.
- **Impact Assessment**: Think through how each project impacts other teams, ensuring that releases are well-coordinated and integrated into the broader company strategy.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of project management and QA activities.
**Qualifications**
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in project management and/or quality assurance roles.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality products.
- Basic QA skills, including test planning, execution, and defect management.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience with QA tools and project management software is a plus.
