**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Acting as SPOC between customer business departments and development departments
- Investigate, record, analyse and confirm system requirements and business processes.
- Produce high quality and concise requirements and design documents which accurately reflect the business requirements and can be clearly understood by all members of the team.
- Identify overlapping requirements/processes across the existing and upcoming software portfolio.
- Handling of SW defect management and dealing with defect lists. Integration in customer meetings for extensions and defects
- Make recommendations to the Development Team Leader on the value, feasibility and impact of the system requirements.
- Negotiate acceptance criteria.
- Provide detail specifications for the SW development teams (work packages) and support developers in the end-to-end testing phase.
- Agree acceptance criteria with the QA analysts for all the given requirements in the project.
- Setup and maintain analysis documentation.
**TECHNICAL & PROCESS SKILLS**/** EXPERIENCE**:
- Fluency in both German and English are essential (C1 Level or equivalent).
- Analytical skills.
- Listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification, and methodology development
- Scrum method aware to integrate in scrum process semantics and processes
- Capability to work with mock-ups to provide early visibility on GUI changes
- Knowledge in General SW development methodologies, tools, and procedures.
- Highly self-motivated and directed.
- Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail.
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- RECOMMENDED_:
Knowledgeable in the use of UML and Use Cases
- Working in ServiceNow as workflow tool
- Experience in Project / Service Management Tools to manage requests, requirements mapping, user stories, change requests, etc. Specially valuable experience in ServiceNow.
