**Your Job**:

- You will lead, accompany and coach agile teams in our innovative digitization projects and thus manage to deliver more value for our customers.
- With a skilled hand you will introduce the right agile practices or improve them in such a way that the agile principles and values of the company are actively lived and the flow of values in development is improved.
- You will manage to create psychological security and thus allow employees to learn outside their comfort zone.
- You will consciously lead agile teams through the storming phase(s) and continuously increase team loyalty with targeted activities.
- You will achieve higher performance with your teams with the same amount of time and healthy use of personal energy.
- You will create transparency with facts and key figures and use these in coordination with the project management and the other teams for the ongoing optimization of teamwork.
- You will help to further develop and consolidate the agility of the company beyond the team and project level.
- Technical studies related to software engineering.
- Digital change is your passion.
- At least 5 years of experience with the life cycle of software projects in an agile environment.
- Certified Scrum Master and 5 years of practical experience as a Scrum Master.
- Working in a network and with your solution orientation you manage the balancing act between methodological stability and pragmatism.
- With your positive attitude you are a role model and inspire your team.
- Project language is English and according to the “Common European Framework of Reference for Languages" level B2 is required.
