As a part of the Flight Operations Services team, you will have the opportunity to create, develop and implement services, while keeping contact with our LTA operators, and lead the PMO for all transport and strategic aircraft programs (A400M, MRTT and LTA):

- Business Development activities: Design, develop, integrate and deliver on time, on cost and on quality new Flight Operations Services required by all LTA Military Aircraft Customers to operate efficiently and safely their Airbus Defense and Space aircrafts, supporting to increase the sales of the company.
- Act as a technical customer interface to promote, implement and support LTA Flight Operations Services. Including offers preparation.
- OTQC provision of all the services contracted by LTA customers (i.e. customer queries resolution, products deliveries ).
- Establish, lead and manage the requested collaboration with internal departments (i.e. Service Programme Managers, Procurement, Legal, Design Offices, other Airbus SAS departments) to define/develop and operate the associated LTA Flight Operations Services.
- Develop and implement the Projects Management Plans, for LTA Flight Operations Services, defining the required work packages in terms of scope, quality requirements, target costs and timescales, to meet the Programs requirements and the applicable quality and regulatory standards. o Sets tasks, budgets and timescales for each deliverable o Develop, maintain & Implement action plans and priorities o Define and monitor regularly the projects’ KPI to properly track projects’ performance.
- Manage the right balance between cost and quality for each LTA product, to ensure that the cost-targets are always met to the satisfaction of the Program requirements.
- Manage the risks to the projects’ successful outcome: Identify Programs Risks and define and implement Risks Mitigations plans.
- Technical management of many different external providers required to deliver LTA Flight Ops Services(i.e. Boeing-Jeppesen, Airbus Navblue, Honeywell, Rockwell Collins, Thales, etc.), launching and monitoring Purchase Orders.
- Lead the PMO, for A400M, MRTT and LTA programs. Build the consolidated OP with the support of the other program managers, establish the financial strategy for booking hours in th edifferent WPs, actuals monitoring and budget perimeter changes lead. Monitor the overall TASTO-TL1 Purchase Orders. Implementation of new tools to support and enhance the financial processes.
- Proven experience in project management
- Proven experience in LTA programs management
- Proven experience in PMO management, preferable in Airbus Defence and Space
- A positive, collaborative, proactive and organized mindset
