**Mission**:
As the Industry 4.0 Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving digital transformation and technological advancement within our manufacturing operations. You will lead the implementation of Industry 4.0 concepts and technologies to optimize efficiency, productivity, and quality across our production processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive Industry 4.0 strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for digitalization and automation within the manufacturing operations.
- Lead the implementation and integration of Industry 4.0 technologies such as artificial intelligence, internet of things (IoT), big data analytics, robotics, and automation, to enhance operational performance into the manufacturing sites.
- Oversee the design and deployment of smart factory solutions, including digital twins, predictive maintenance systems, real-time monitoring, and data visualization tools.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging data analytics to identify process inefficiencies, optimize workflows, and minimize downtime.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a multidisciplinary team of specialists involved in Industry 4.0 projects.
- Collaborate with external partners, vendors, and research institutions to stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in the field of Industry 4.0.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of Industry 4.0 initiatives, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing regular reports to senior management

**What we are looking for**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in implementing Industry 4.0 concepts and technologies within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies, such as IoT, artificial intelligence, big data analytics, robotics, and automation.
- Familiarity with smart factory solutions, including digital twins, predictive maintenance systems, real-time monitoring, and data visualization tools.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver them within defined timelines.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to identify and address operational inefficiencies and drive process improvements.
- Effective leadership and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, motivate stakeholders, and present ideas to senior management.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.
