- While all Animation studios look to hire people who are creative and hard-working, Skydance Animation is specifically looking for pioneers who seek to push the limits of what the world’s most collaborative art form can achieve, and to give those pioneers the space and the resources to build a new studio that’s doing something different.The Information Security Engineer is responsible for monitor for security events and conduct incident response. Role is responsible for ensuring the business can stay focused on the business without interruptions from spam, phishing, malware, or other incidents causing excessive disruptions.
Main Duties
- Operate within a security operations center
- Develops, maintains, and operates security dashboards and related tooling
- Monitors for security events and manages security case management activities
- Validate, triage, contain, and remediate security incidents
- Assist in security incident response
- Proactively hunt for threats and incidents when alarms are not sounding
- Evangelize security throughout the entire company
- Keeps up on current artistic methodologies and on technology trends and tools that best suit the production and the company in the development of a stronger creative and technical environment.
- Collaborates with other team members, when necessary.
- Follows the Supervisor’s and Lead´s guidance.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Professional Experience**:
- 3-5 years of professional experience in security operations
- Formal education and certifications related to IT and InfoSec skills preferred but not required.
**Technical**:
- Demonstrated excellence in security monitoring and incident response
- Demonstrated excellence in security monitoring and incident response
- Demonstrated understanding of networking and endpoint architectures
- Solid understanding of commercial and open-source security tools
- Solid understanding of scripting and automation technologies
- Ability to operate unsupervised with mínimal direction
**Language Requirements**:
- High English level.
- Spanish desirable.
